Why does paypal linking here need a business account?

    Trying to trade my domain names but I need to link paypal, and it doesn't work for personal accounts...

    So in other words you need to have a business to trade ... domain names?!

    I have a paypal business account, but it's getting restricted nowadays unless I have an ACN and documents to prove it's a business... I'm just a sole trader.

    You need a business account because the PayPal API doesn't work for personal accounts, it's not an issue with DP it's just how PayPal works.
