Hi - I sell a lot of $10 products - I'm trying to figure out why paypal charges $.59 and $.69 - I can't find a reason for the difference. Does anyone know why they would charge a different fee for the same amount of money recieved. (I have a LOT of these $10 payments, so that $.10 extra adds up)

The transaction fee differs from location to location. You can try this to see whether it tally with your paypal record:

    Cheers.
