Why does my page keep getting unpublished?

So I have been making Facebook pages for clients and I make the page, install an Iframe app, put up a design, add a load of content, and then check it - everything works.

I then show it to the client, at which point they turn round and say that it isn't working. - GAH!

Checking the account it shows as not published.

Having the Facebook pages become unpublished is a recurring problem that I have. Does anyone know why it happens without telling me, and what I can do about stopping it?

 

I have found a solution to this: make sure that each page gets at least one like to the page.
