Why does my Google visits statistics doesn’t match?

    I have two web sites that are both quite popular. I calculate my statistics through Google Analytics and there are Google visits mismatches, for example:

    Website #1: Traffic Sources -> Search Engines -> Google -> 140k (95% of total SE visits)
    Traffic Sources -> Keywords -> 120k total visits
    Website #2: Traffic Sources -> Search Engines -> Google -> 220k (95% of total SE visits)
    Traffic Sources -> Keywords -> 100k total visits

    Why does it happen that way? According to that statistics there is more traffic coming from Google than the actual keyword statistic shows. What if it is because Google Analytics has a keyword limit that it could remember?
