Why does it rank so high?

Ive got a forum where all outgoing links are like:

    http://www.theflickzone.com/ext.php?ref=http://www.example.com/
    Code (markup):
And now http://www.theflickzone.com/ext.php has become PR4. Is this right?

The PR reported by the Google toolbar is notoriously unreliable. It doesn't mean much.

However, you may be leaking PR to ext.php. Make all your links to ext.php rel=nofollow and it'll fix this problem.

So what is so add with the forum? The links are indirect... which is not a bad way to keep the PR

I checked on the toolbar and on a few pagerank checking sites.
