Why does Google not putting my posts in google.com?

Hello im stuck with this qeustion, When I'm posting a new post and i use ALL IN ONE SEO etc etc i can't find my post back in google. It's a Gaming News Related site? did google block me or something? or do i have to do something?

go to pingoat.com and ping your blog and post RSS feed...then go to bookmarking sites like digg.com, propeller.com, mixx.com, folkd.com and bookmark your website. next take the RSS feeds from the social bookmarking sites and ping those. that should get you indexed within a day or so

How long has your site been up? No matter how much you try, it can take a while to get your sites indexed. I'd wait at least a week or two before getting worried at all.

Obviously all these indexing takes time. What you can do is place your web url link on high traffic sites to facilitate the progress.
