Why does Google not act on TOS violations?

I am an adwords customer aswell as an adsense publisher.

I came across this site that is asking people to click on adverts:

http://www. richardsweeting.org /pages/telegraph.html

See text under 15th November.........

I've reported this twice now to Google and do they do anything about it? Do they heck!

Any ideas what else can be done, if people are clicking on adverts the adwords advertisers are losing out. I'm glad i don't advertise on his site!

Keep reporting them, that's all you can do.

Google is not doing enough to protect adwords customers. There are probably thousands of websites doing the same...

Google suspends AdSense accounts and implying the fund will be returned to AdWords advertisers, but to date, I've never heard of any advertiser getting a rebate. Is there any??

Surely its in their interests to suspend these accounts asap and save everyone a headache in the long run....

Come on, it can't be posted much earlier
than this. Show your appreciation. Click on some
of the adverts
, buy from my site
or simply make a donation. I didn't earn
a penny last week. 20,000 people used the page and not one
penny. I'm very sad. (It's not the first time I have been
called that - before anyone says it :) I need a purpose
for doing this site. Help me out guys (and of course gals).
Wish you more luck than the England rugby team - until next
week.......

hmm no good at all...

I've reported this site twice now, once about 2 months ago and again yesterday.

Nothing seems to be done......

It can't get much more blatent than that!
