Why does google move pages around so much

    I have notice certain pages including my own recently have gone from page 1 or 2 all the way back to 10 why does google do this?

    If it's a newly established website, maybe that's because of the sandbox effect...

    It has to depends on a lot of field. Such as your website history, content relevancy, keyword competitive and etc..

    they don't move pages.. that's where the competition happens.. there are millions of site on the net.. and they are competing to get on top..

    yeah my site was new and moved back 10 pages just didnt get why google does this

    Think of it as a honeymoon phase. You have a new site, and Google gives you a chance to be seen. However, since you don't have enough strength to stay in that position, so you've dropped to your actual place in the SERP. In time, with effort you will get back to the top. You can supplement your SEO work by spending a little money on Adwords.
