Why does Google hate this site?

    If you check it's at PR3. Yahoo and MSN see plenty of links but Google reports a total of 4 backlinks??

    I've had it submitted to a directories, I know I have a few decent links, I talk about it in various forums but so far no Google love.

    Any suggestions? Thanks

    Google doesn't report all backlinks it knows about. Also Google's backlink option seems to be pretty much broken right now as is its "inurl:" option. My site has thousands if not tens of thousands of backlinks from other sites and Google isn't hardly reporting any of them.

    I wouldn't get overly worried about Google not reporting back links accurately.

    Klb is right. Google does not show every link maybe you will see the links after the update.

    Is your site new ?

    As what has been mentioned by KLB. I always check with yahoo or MSN on how many backlinks to my site :)
