Why does google dont allow you display more than 3 ads on every page of your site?

Because you need some room for your content.......

 

Three is a lot... plus if you are using affiliate links, etc..

 

so that people don't make pages with just ads and little content.

 

Because Google doesn't want a site to fully display ads.

 

The more ads, the lower your ppc. If you need more than 3 ad blocks, you are doing something wrong. People don't like spammy looking sites.

 

3 text ads, 3 link units, 3 referral ads, 2 search boxes, don't you think thats enough ads for one page?

 

Because thats google policy to keep sites clean.

 

I think people don't read ads, they read content. Google ads is just another way to help people find what they are looking for.

 

Because the site would no longer appear like your own, they allow 3 ads plus link units, referrals, search, really thats plenty.

 

People will not come to your site to click ads. If ad blocks are mix up with content then only people will click on your ads.

 

You can never have enough ads!

I think its too much... more than that we don't have much space left for contents.

Maybe bcos Google believes that sites are meant to provide information to end-users and more ad units will make sites look spammy !

 

Now you know you can add a whole lot of ad units.

But for better performance,reduce the ad units on your page to 2,linik units to 1 or 2.Search boxes-2 and you can use 3 referral boxes overall.
