I understand that people don't like to read terms and conditions because often times they are extremely lengthy. But the terms are written up for a reason and contain very important and crucial information being that it is legal agreement between the end-user (you) and the company. It would be in your best interest to start reading them. Being that you used your brother's name, if he agrees that you can use his SSN, then the IRS will expect him to file taxes and pay taxes on any earnings made. Any taxes not paid will effect him and IRS can put him in jail for non-payment of taxes. All the best to you.
