I don’t get it. Why do so many people hate Walmart? I’m actually a fan of Walmart. They offer some of the most competitive prices for nearly… everything!! Walmart is the single biggest employer in the U.S. It employees well over 1 million workers, and gives them the option to opt into a healthcare program. Wal-Mart pays an average full-time hourly worker of $10.11 an hour, according to independent expert statistical analysis*. That’s nearly double federal minimum wage of $5.15 an hour.

Let’s Take a look at Walmart a bit further by looking at the usual complaints and responding to them. [See link for rest]

Seriously, I'll debate any of you on Walmart. They're a great company.

wal-mart certainly doesn't pay their workers 10$ an hr ;)
Maybe the one in your town does, but from what I hear, neither of the 3 super wal-marts in my city start off at that.

It looks like your just trying to spam your site

I think Walmart is okay...not good when it crushes small independent businesses.

I hate the old wal-mart's that have been there since the Ford administration....all the carts have a funky wheel, moss on the kids seats, and orange 9mm of grime on the handles.

I try to get in and out as quickly as possible and get to my decon shower!

Ignorant. That vendor doesn't HAVE to put their product on Walmart's shelves. And if they do, They benefit. Rules of economics. When a transaction occurs, Both sides benefit, otherwise it wouldn't have occurred. Secondly, the 10$ an hour thing, Is true. Look it up.

I think Walmart is okay...not good when it crushes small independent businesses.

Name ONE successfully business that doesn't "crush" the small independent businesses? They all do, By creating a better product.
