Why Does DP Suck lately?

DP has become infested with n00b webmasters. I just saw a thread where a guy asked what affiliate marketing was. And what's up with all the sex threads. Seriously, go have sex or go wank, and don't bother letting us know about it.

Wouldn't it be cool if someone started a webmaster forum for entry level webmasters? Perhaps a DP sister site. I'm sure it could help clean up SOME. Also, what about a big Indian webmaster forum? They can understand each other better, and we English speakers can understand each other better over here. We could always go over there and PM one of them for a $3 logo job. But there is a handful of indians on DP that do speak English very well though. Props to you guys.

 

I think a lot of problems are coming from te REV share, as much as i like the idea in principal I bet a lot of the girl sex, basic question threads are started because some ejit is hoping to make some cents by starting off a 'hot' topic.

I really hope the basic level of intelligence on DP increases soon.

 

What do you mean? This place is filled with quality! I had a custom CMS built for $3.00. It doesn't rank very well. In fact I can't find the control panel. My site is loaded with porn. It's was only $3.00 though!!!!! Godbless the third world programmers!!!!

More idiots, less people who know what they're doing. REAL webmasters don't spend 8 hours of their day here...they're busy making money.

I think DP mods are doing the best they can but this is a forum and people have the right to post / do whatever they want as long as it is within the rules.

 

I actually agree.

They think they're going to get like loads of money from having their ad up there.

Maybe DP should just keep the ad revenue. I doubt many would mind.

i think members need to report posts more often, ive started to do it alot, try and clean the place up and get back to the topics its meant to be for

 

You can't report posts that you cannot decipher the grammar on. Just be smart let the thrid world programmers link to the site so their ranking can fail or rather increase their ranking for improperly written words and or grammar. Don't put important sites in your signature.

yeah. its pity much a shame that all the useful stuff on DP isnt apparent any more........ it just gets mixed with countless no of useless threads and posts making it almost impossible to see the good stuff.

may be we shud have a new way to mark posts/thread as imp resource

i am not a racist at all but i do sometimes want to put no indian or Pakistani based workers because the quality of there writing is so poor

i try and advertise that il pay highly for native english speakers but they still bombard me with nonsense PM's like
"Hello dear" i am waiting your exiting reply and willing and must work for you, my english is native and correct"
