I have tried and tried and tried to get a refund from a seller who sold me a domain for $25 and never transferred, they have promised me a refund for months now and I never see anything!

I tried leaving them a negative Itrader, and all it got me was a negative (and made up/false) Itrader in return.

My next step was to call him out on every thread he starts, asking where my refund is - and I got multiple infractions for it!!!!

Now, I do understand the reasoning behind the infractions for me (trolling) but why won't they give him infractions???? He even admits in his itrader response that a refund is coming, I can prove it never does!

Have you tried to contact Mods or Admin personally?
    That might help - maybe?

    1. You have absolutely no way of knowing if we did or didn't give someone else an infraction. They may have several infractions, and you wouldn't know. They only get banned if they reach 10 infraction points. So don't make assumptions. Just as no one else can see your infractions (other than you and the mods), you can't see anyone else's either.

    2. We make it very clear here that we do not get involved in private business disputes. That isn't our job. We simply provide a platform and you have the privilege of being able to do business here if you so choose. It's your responsibility to thoroughly look into whoever you may do business with, and to pursue issues like the one you're having. If you wanted a refund, you shouldn't have waited months. You should have taken it up with the payment processor as soon as there was a problem.

    3. Do not go around accusing people of "supporting" theft. That's libelous (not to mention ridiculous).
