Why does Bing stopped putting my site in its results

    Hello guys,

I am a bit puzzled here because Bing simply stopped pushing visitors to my site... I was getting very good traffic from it until sept 26 when all stopped.

This is from sept 20 to sept 26:
    bing (organic) 2,045 86.91%

This is from sept 27 to oct 3:
    bing (organic) 41 7.27%

I have tried Bing webmaster tools, resubmitted the site, regenerated sitemap, I don't know what else to try...

I have bought the site here on DP, I don't know if the previous owner bought ads space on Bing, I don't think so.

Please let me know what you think and what I could try.

    Thanks

Hmm not sure on that one. How many pages are indexed in Bing. Has anything changed with Bing Webmaster tools?

Did you try into the search box at bing site:www.yourdomain.com and site:yourdomain.com. Just to see how many pages it has for your site. I check this sometimes and one day I see quite a bit, a few days later the number drops considerably. Then a few days later it goes back up. I really don't get bing, msn, live, or whatever they call themselves these days. I really don't spend much time with them though. Traffic is almost nothing compared to google.

Check your logfile and check where the vistors came the months before.
If there are from bing or from an another searchengine.
Maybe you are in sandbox with your domain.

I get some very strange results from Bing. One of my sites was 1st for pretty much every term and then suddenly the site vanished completely, only to reappear in 1st position again about 4 months later.

Very weird but that's what you get with Microsoft these days :)
