Why does Adwords say funds have been Exhausted have $70 in the account?

I have paid the 5 dollars setup fee then I also had 2 advouchers one for $50 and one for $20 so it shows that I have $70 in the account yet it says that they stopped running ads because prepaid funds were exhausted. I have not used it before but I do have a campaign ready to go but it will not show my ads because of this. Do I have to put actual money into it first along with the vouchers? I even set it to only use $5 per day to see if I had it set to high with no luck.

I really don't know but I think that you can only use one voucher per new account.

Yeah, I had the same problem last time. And if I'm not mistaken, I've to paid like $10 to get my ads running. For new account setup with voucher, you still need to deposit some money first. That's what the Adwords support told me last time. You can reconfirm with them again.
