Why do you seem so concerned with ODP?

Why should I? The last time the abuse was reported, the name of the company and some listed web sites changed. You have more than enough proof about phone listings in my post, have you done anything about that editor?

Once again the truth comes out.

Gworld and gang make claim after claim after claim but when they are really pressed for proof it never appears. Just a bunch of excuses.

    I call bullshit.

Either post explicit proof right here in this thread or shut up. If you have proof of meta abuse (which I don't even deny exists, I just don't think you have any proof), then prove it. If you can't or won't post it here, then we will know that you are full of it.

You honor us by taking break from your busy schedule of listings illegal porn site for the benefit of humankind to put on your usual puppet show in here.

I have provided more than enough proof for the editor, let's see what he can do with it. He is not even ready to tell us his/her editor name, may too afraid people start checking in the logs, so why should I divulge any information that can be possibly used to hide the evidence?

You are talking about a junior editor. Some editors break the rules. And they get dealt to. But I thought we were are talking about abusive metas or at least editalls. Come on spill the beans.

I think you have been hanging around popotalk too much- you are starting to talk gibberish. What editor? Hide what evidence? Heres your big chance to blow the ODP wide open. Stop talking in riddles man.

How was the junior editor dealt with?
If you don't have enough power to deal with a junior editor, how are you going to deal with a Meta? Don't make me laugh, your act of being all powerful is just too funny.

From hellborine posts my guess for her removal would probably same one I'm guessing was used in my case the infamous "Conflict of Interests", she like me has nice personal content rich website and was protective of it so that makes us liability since we might "go postal". No actual proof of abuse is needed since our removal was to prevent us from doing harm in the first place. ;)

    Minority report DMOZ style. :D

This is not about me. Its about your claims of having evidence of metas being corrupt. These are the claims you have made over and over again. Why are you doing everything to avoid giving over this info. Firstly you said you already had. A forum search showed that to be untrue. Then you said that you would only hand it over to someone who proves their complete innocence. Then you started gabbing on about revealing evidence. Now the problem is you will only hand it over to someone who could prove their almighty power. Fact is you are doing everything you can to avoid handing over that information for the simple reason that you made it up in the first place. What is your next excuse, oh I had it ready but my dog ate it?

Thanks Neb for that compliment but considering our situation I am not in dire straits of a blow*** like you. Look at you, you sound as if you really need one. Anyway seems you sound like a barking dog, heres something for you.

In previous posts there was a, b, c, for cause of removals. Let me see if you really can do something with this. Senior Editor since 1999, logs once in a while right now adding travel sites. Added crap travel sites in Philippines ever since.

No. Ah-ah. This is about your credibility of being a Meta or Admin. Show us that you really are serious of what you say. Most Metas don't hide on Usernames like you not unless you are a wannabe, not really a Meta or have another account.

If you have evidence that an editor has a connection with crap sites action should be taken. That is absue. Just adding crap sites is poor judgement. Not good but different story. Send me a PM, its not appropriate to discuss individual editors here although I will make an exception for the corrupt meta(s) that gworld is about to dob in with with the clear and undeniable evudence he has.

How hard is it for you to read a few threads here and find the information yourself? Or do 5 minutes worth of digging in the directory and find it yourself?

This is just more smokescreening, neb, as you well know. Get off your butt and look for the evidence yourself, or admit that you're not here to find it but to bury it.

If you're going to opt for bafflegab, at least try to make it look part-way convincing. What you're doing here is a joke.

Minstrel is right you know. If you really are what you say you are then you have full access and can dig the craps by yourself. I have seen that senior editors logs and as a Meta you have much better access than me. I won't risk touching anything right now since you might be able to discover my editor name. Besides I only e-mail to friends and you are not. And I am not your butler either so you can start it out digging it yourself. You evidently know who I am talking about, I just don't know why you seem so reluctant as if you know nothing about it or pretending you don't know the person. Read the other threads as minstrel have suggested.

And please if in ODP you are a Meta as you claim to be and can order anyone to do what you want, here you are just a plain and simple user just like me. Don't ever ask me again to do anything without being nice and saying please. I will expose the rotten ways of DMOZ and would continue to do so at my own phase and time.

The ODP should unleash kctipton to seek out corruption in "Adult." Once the last editor removed, haha, he can finish the task by removing every dodgy Adult site himself.

I religiously declared all my affiliations.

I work very, very hard. My footprint on the web has been increasing steadily. There might have been a point where, like you say, it was too large for the ODP and became a liability in terms of potential for corruption, though my sites are hardly in cut-throat topics like Adult or Travel. But if they are going to remove editors because their footprints are too large, they could be polite. Had they told me my footprint was too large for their comfort, I would have accepted it, and would not hold a grudge, that's for sure.

On the other hand, my footprint was increasing rather slowly when I was spending so much time methodically editing hundreds of websites daily. Since I've stopped editing and transferred my boundless energy to more productive and creative pursuits, I look at the footprint with much satisfaction, and it's not a liability for anyone.

neb is not interested in finding any information since nothing was done about so called junior editor, so stopping abuse is not neb's mission. neb is only interested to know what I know but I have learned my lesson since the usual follow up to abuse report is a change in the names of the web sites listed in DMOZ. ;)

Is that right? The editor/website owner just changes the name?

I went step further and deliberately used my sites when I applying for new category(ies) so that description passes through meta but even that seems not to have been enough for certain editor. ;)

So far I got only one website in English and big parts of my edits were in Croatian (also nothing adult or travel related) - language which no meta understands - so they can't check them even if they wanted too, add little paranoia to that and I'm guessing I should be thankful they haven't unlisted entire categories until somebody can check them.

Right now I'm expanding my website to Czech, Russian, Spanish... which means I'll be submitting few more deeplinks to DMOZ world categories just for fun. :D
