    I like rock music because it is so multifaceted. There are so many sub-genres. If I want to get pumped up, I can go to my iPod and find something driving and fast, with a heavy bass and wailing guitars. If I want houseclean I can find some alternative rock, and listen to some folk rock to relax.

    Rock music can transform itself and merge with other genres, making it very versatile. Lyrics are a very important part of the experience for me. My favourite bands all write songs with poetically beautiful lyrics that make my mind work.

    Music is the best experience, and I think rock and pop rock does it best.
