Google Panda may be a modification to the Google's search results ranking algorithm that was 1st released in February 2011. The modification aimed to lower the rank of "low-quality sites", and come higher-quality sites close to the highest of the search results
Why dont you Google it,this is another one of your stupid 'i dont know threads' you will find all your answers by doing a search.
I think we need to work out now in dealing with Google Penguin that the Google Panda. Because Google Penguin is the latest thing we must to work on when it comes to Google Algorithm.
As people above have stated, it was a major update in the algorithm that google used to rank website (or web pages) and it made it harder to rank using spam techniques.
