Why do the Performance Reports on Adsense look inaccurate?

I don't understand the Performance Reports on my Adsense account.

For example, 1 page view and 1 click for the Sidebar Skyscraper -- I know that is impossible for the amount of traffic on my site.

0 page views and 4 clicks for the page links?

Is this because I have custom channels setup? What's going on here?

Also, why is the Page RPM higher than the CPC?

well, figures become inaccurate when you use codes that are not tracked by channels.

PS: there is nothing called "RPM" in Adsense!

because RPM is Revolution Per Minute :D

    I am using channels.

    Then what is "Page RPM"?

    1. you must have used a code without linking it a certain channel, each mistake like that will make results appear inaccurate like you see.

    2. page RPM is eCPM (which is the accurate term)

it has a specific calculation to calculate the cost of impressions.

I do have Ads linked to certain channels. Possibly my performance reports are inaccurate because I have one ad unit linked to two different channels?

No, this shouldn't be the problem because by selecting channel(s) then you should have accurate reports.

While your issue must come from an old mistake that you may forgot.
