If you studied something once in awhile you would have known that banks problems were the result of American banks selling garbage loans to them and government had to borrow money to save them. The economic collapse has caused mass unemployment and European "welfare" is very similar to it´s American version.
You should not direct your hatred for your parents for being poor immigrants to everyone that you imagine is working class. :)

If that were true, Germany would be in exactly the same shoes as Greece and Spain. It isn't. Spain is suffering from the hangover of having a Socialist running the show for 8 years. When everyone works for and lives off the government and the government's main revenue stream of property taxes disappears vis a vis a worldwide decline in property values, Spain is what you get. It wouldn't be anywhere near as bad had the idiot in charge showed some moderation in expanding government during the property boom, but that is simply not the Socialist way. I know because we have a lot of like minded thinkers here, especially in California.

Now that the government can't hand out the government cheese, the newly unemployed and poor people of Spain become very angry. Anti austerity protests ensue, demanding the government continue to supply it's cheese, whether it has any to give or not. Germany has a look at your balance sheet, decides you are a bunch of worthless socialists that don't produce anything, looks at the junk status of your government debt, and decides to let you rot in poverty, so long as they can do so without destroying their own currency.

What remains is a third world nation filled with poor, idle, and angry people, looking for someone else to blame for their problems. It was the Americans! It was the bankers! It was the Jews!

    How pathetic.

That is a funny term, working class. I don't really group people based on how much money they have, or how they earn it, so long as they actually earn it. There are at least as many wealthy freeloaders as there are educated idiots.

You mustn't mention 'welfare' to Obamamouth. Just the thought of a country looking after it's 'have nots' tends to give him nightmares! I'd hate to imagine what he thinks of me...working class, Palestinian supporter AND a socialist!! Three horrors in one package....<gasp>!!!!!!!!!! LOL

Do you really believe collecting a welfare check is the only way to depend on or work for the government? Hell, do you consider welfare work?

Perhaps an even more pertinent question, do you feel the echo of your own voice constitutes a consensus?

And it may provide some insight into his hatred of Israel. It saddens me to see how many Ron Paul supporters are Jewish banking cartel conspiracy theorists, but it gives you an idea how pervasive that crap is.

I'm just waiting for his support system to chime in and provide him some validation. He was instructed not to respond to my posts to avoid embarrassment, and now his wounds need dressing. It's good to have friends, though you know what they say about birds of a feather.

LMFAO! You guys are funny. ...ignorant and uninformed but funny.

The EU thinks that America is a pain in the arse too.... so what's your point. The present financial problems within the EU are caused mainly by incompetent arseholes in pin-stripe suits working in banking corporations (mostly in the USA) who screwed it up for everyone and then walked away with millions in bonuses. So don't blame the people of any country for the current problems or even the governments. It was the banks that screwed up...and unfortunately everyone has to pay to get them out of the caca.
    ....

The problem was your beloved free economy and lack of regulation. But it is not really free economy because when the banks gamble and lose, the tax payers have to pay them back their losses.

I just have one question for you. Why do you need to demonstrate your lack of knowledge and stupidity over and over again?;)

When it comes to banking, profits are always privatised, losses are always nationalised. The mystery to me is ...why do we keep letting them get away with it?

Anyone got any thoughts on the thread topic!!

If you want to discuss the EU economy, why don't you start another thread rather than highjacK YET ANOTHER.

Does that qualify as an argument where you come from? Just askin.

Christ Gworld, couldn't you fit any more rambling text that doesn't make a point in your post? Why not just paste in the Oxford English Dictionary before restating your opinion. It would lend it more weight! Really!

I wont paste it all in here, as you might actually wind up more informed, and I like you just the way you are.

Kind of like asking how long you been sleeping with farm animals. Funny but expected and I'm not really interested in playing.

Huffington Post???? LMFAO! Well yeah...they'd know all about Spain's problems wouldn't they. You'd better watch out dude..quoting 'left-wing rags' is the first step on the slippery slope! You'll be turning into a Socialist if you're not careful. LOL!

....and the property boom collapsed because of wankers in pin-stripped suits working in the banking industry who lent money to people who they knew couldn't pay it back.

Of all the photos you can come up with informal settlers you have to come up with your fellow muslim who are a burden for the nation. Beheadings, kidnappings, stealing those are the works of the al-qaeda, hamas, trained back insurgents of the south.

    Again clueless.
