Why do so many people here have no business etiquette?

    I'm just a little frustrated with some people on this forum. Why do people commit to a deal, and then just not respond only to back out 3 days later? Maybe it's just me, but if you commit to a deal, you follow through with that deal, or at the very least stay in touch with the person.

    Thats my rant. Maybe it's just me, but has anyone else noticed it?

    Get to know the person first. Never strike a deal if you don't have all the personal details of that person.
