Why do so many people get Banned on DP?

    Im curious!! I know this is a very very high traffic forum but every thread I read I see people who are now BANNED who posted like 10 minutes ago :confused:

    Did they try and sell links unsolicited or something? just curious really!

    one person who got banned had like 2000~ posts as well!

    I think it's just generally low quality posts or they've had a number of infractions (you're allowed a maximum of 10 active infractions before you're banned). Insulting and racism is also a big cause.

    People are banned for not obeying the posting guidelines. All new members should read the FAQ and infraction sticky in buy, sell, and trade to help understand the accepted ways of the forum.
