I keep seeing posts "1million View of my youtube...", Another one "Start my site a week ago, now i have XXXX traffic daily" and so many more. come on. I thought we were here to share info and maybe learn something from one another.
sometimes they don't bs... they have proof... the reason people post threads like this is because they feel they want to tell the world about there success... I like it when there is proof and a good story to go along with it... it's like a reminder why i'm doing this... I don't think this is just a place to get info (which it mainly is) but to chat with the community and have some fun along the way... I don't think we do it 100% for the money... sometimes for knowledge or just to have fun or waste time...
Oh No I can tell when someone is truthful or they really talking out of joy. I am just talking about those....... who just waste our time.
oh those people... the ones which follow with "I did it with this E-book!" or "now I can do the same for you for $###" now them are annoying... and most of the time scams.
look at this stats is annoying so much. 1 Million YouTube Views? (Multi-page thread 1 2 3 ... Last Page) - 129 days old Thread Rating: 4 votes, 2.00 average. Naseem Jul 28th 2008 6:01 pm by houck Go to last post 150 4,065
Or, you stop complaining because people like that exist everywhere. The sooner you accept it the better. No1's gonna stop doing it just because it annoys you. Just accept it and dont bother. Thats my view about it :/
XXXX traffic daily is easy its all about the traffic you get... xxxx traffic from SE daily in a week is hard but tv and image sites can go from 0 to 1000 uv in less then 30 mins.
he did share his link... (took awhile before he did) (he is the kicker) the video was removed by youtube... xD for copyright issues xD
I hear ya. I love the posts on seo, and how they get thousands of daily visitors from it. heh. Like the others said, it is mainly to sell you something. Like Reese, Comm, and others like them. Then you have the weird ones who are just lonely. They want to be part of a group, to be liked, to say, "hey, look what I have done," and they really haven't done anything.
I gotta admit I catch myself reading these "get a billion backlinks and a free t-shirt stuff" just for laughs. I wonder if anyone actually believes it, I hope not. Like everywhere "caveat emptor" let the buyer beware, was said back in the day, way back but it still applies! It doesn't bother me much but I don't like spam anymore than the next guy. You gotta admit sometimes the fractured english and outrageous claims are kinda funny. Depends on how long I have been sitting at my keyboard actually.
My 2 cents worth, There is only so much time in a day to get things done, Do Not waste Valuable Productive time on what You obviously are able to tell is B.S. No one likes crap, spam, lies etc,etc It's a part of doing business online, accept it and get on with the job
Someone who is launching a future product will always wan to provide "proof" other do it to prove that things can be done even if you are new to the "game" and still have great results.
