    I registered with this website just to ask-

    WHY DOES EVERYONE WANT E-GOLD SO MUCH? WHAT CAN YOU DO WITH IT?

    Paypal= Ebay, Bank Account= MONEY!

    E-gold= ?

    By the way I have exactly $0.95 USD E-gold so I am not going to bother exchanging.

    They pay for things like domain registration, hosting, ssl certificates as well as buying goods and services from other retailers.

    Well, in certain countries, egold is a common mode of payment. They make purchases on websites who offer egold as the mode of payment. Just as you would buy a product online by paying through paypal since that website would provide paypal as the mode of payment.

    E-gold= Easy.

    In several countries it is easier to get an e-gold account than a paypal account. Also, paypal doesn't allow several countries to open an account with them. So, one option to send and receive money is by using e-gold.

    Because there're so many problems that happen to e-gold lately, many people start to use e-bullion or moneybookers as the alternatives.

    I thought there was a lot of contorversy and such on the security and validity of E-Gold recently? I remember I tried to use them like a year ago and it was such a hassle to do. No?
