If anyone is starting up a new organization/ opening up a web directory for their existing organization, why would they need some other domain with a high PR at the start. Once people start flocking into the website, there would be no need for them to buy domains. They can improve the PR of their own domain. But why in Domain sale forum, people buy high PR domains ??!?!??
You can make more money off of it. People like to buy links on high PR sites. Also, it saves you the work of having to get a PR. Which can save you money.
For the same reason that people would buy a site that is already getting traffic. It is just plain and simply better. If you want you could look at it this way. Would you rather buy a new stock Corvette? Or would you rather buy a new Corvette that has a turbo kit, MP3 Deck and 12" subs? It is simply a better and more established domain where part of the work is already done for you.
For me, PR is just useless unless you're trying to sell links on your site. People spend lots of $$ to buy high PR domains..that's waste of money.
buying domain having a good pr already save your 4 months of link builfing and starts giving you money instantly. its simple
My friend has a new company HiBlue.in, and it does not have a good PR. If some one could help me fix that link with a fake domain, which has considerably good PR, it might help him. Its a good company though, but it lacks a good PR Thanks!!
