+10 points for you but really it the effect it has on modern day life? Does it date back to the 1800's?
Well it will always effect life, it creates life, takes away life, and the prohibition proved it will never go away
you enjoyed the whiskey i guess. i get drunk every once in a while because i have money to buy beer and i'm happy most of the time while listening to music in crowded bars.
I don't drink wine nor any alcoholic beverage but some people say it's a good way to boost confidence, celebrate and be merrier with special friends or family members around and a great way to forget problems you may be facing along the way in a temporary manner.
People get drunk because the world living in the devil's world and going away from GOD'S way of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From the past experience , i think people get drunk for bad things . maybe no reason , only for getting drunk , or escape the reality .
A lot of people get drunk to escape reality; that's never a good thing. Personally I get drunk twice a month and I do it to relax, unwind, not think about work and to just generally have a good time. My partner and I get drunk together while watching movies, and it is a lot of fun
Drinking has killed and hirt alot of people in this world. It has broken families. but why would someone want to be drunk and not know what you are doing or not even know where you have been when be come sobar and that's not all how about having a hangover the next day. I have been their, I thought about it and said to myself it's time to grow up. "That's the facts."
I drink because I enjoy the feeling,it helps me relax.I do not complain to anyone,I usually kick myself in the butt for it the next day, swear I'll never do it again, then go home ,[and do it again.]
Drinking hasn't killed or hurt anyone and it hasn't broken up any families; irresponsible drunks have. A person can get drunk and still be totally in control and know exactly what they are doing and remember it all the next day; only people who drink to the extent they black out forget things, and typically these are irresponsible drunks. (Not all of them, mind you.) If I get drunk on average of twice of month, plus my birthday, my partner's birthday, Halloween, New Years and Christmas, then in four years I've been drunk 116 times - and I can remember all of those nights just as well as the nights surrounding them.
all have different reasons for that someone is happy, someone is in pain, someone to give company to his friends. so all just want to drink and have their own reasons to drink. but I m teetotaler.
