Why do people disclose their adsense earnings on some threads?

    When people tend to be really tight-lipped when it comes to disclosing how much they earn from their professions i.e. if you ask somepone how much they earn from their regular job, they are not likely to tell you. Is it about boasting or trying to help others by acting as a source of inspiration.

    I guess it is probably the latter, but I mam sure there is a tad feeling of boast as well.

    i guess yea may be bosting so if i say i earned $1000/day from adsense you'll sure ask me or pm me how i earn so so so .i may say do this join this soso. and get some referraks and better chances of getting visitors to site to see how he earned

    My feeling is that many do infact tell the truth, even those that earn really big.
