    did msn messenger ever really take hold? I thought we all went from icq to skype and are still waiting the next big thing :)

    FWIW I allowed msn messenger to be installed when I upgraded something or other recently, tried to log in and it fails. Can use my username and password on their site, my xbox etc but not on their IM tool. #fail

    Never owned one, used them at Uni in the days when they went from one floppy drive to two - and double sided floppies too but that was so long ago I don't think it counts.

    Skype - Because it is the best way for an Internet Marketer to communicate with their clients for FREE. A quick chat is enough. NO cam required but some of my clients ask me to on a cam. May be due to my good looks lol !
