Why do I need to use keywords + best keyword density?

    If you can't trust Google's keyword, then search for the "keyword research tools list". Lot of options are there.

    The Google Keyword tool gives an estimate (remember not exact) of the trends of the keywords and based on the popularity of the keywords during the last couple of months predicts where the keywords will be in the upcoming months. So I think that it is pretty reliable.
