Why do I keep getting this coming up on WooCommerce

    That message means that you have no Shipping Methods assigned to the Shipping Zone that your shipping address falls under. Go to your Shipping settings in WooCommerce and make sure that you have one or more Shipping Zones set up that include all of the locations that you ship to, and then make sure that you have added Shipping Methods to all of those zones.
