Bug Why do I have a red color point in my ITrader ?

    I have made two purchases in DP and I paid for them VIA DP Instant payment method (Paypal) and the sellers left me 2 Positive feed backs for me so then why does it show a Negative Red color point in my profile ?

    According to my knowledge I didn't do anything wrong to get a red color ITrader point but it gives me a negative effect when I try to do a trade here in the future.

    Can the mods remove this please?

    I just logged on to your profile. When I checked your feedback score it showed 0 on the red. Your problem appears to have been temporary,perhaps just a technical glitch?

    Its still there. He is talking about his feedback score which shows in BST section only. And not about iTraders. :p

    Thanks for checking the error but it's still there so can't you please remove it? It's a headache for me.

    You probably paid for one using PayPal but not using the proper link. If you don't pay using the DP link then it does not show as paid.

    I also got a red mark for something that I paid for,, up front and on time..

    As far as I know, the whole Feedback/itrader system is to be revamped soon, lets hope the new one works better..

    Please read and understand the problem next time before you go and post somewhere and if you can try to give a solution but don't try to avoid or hide the real problem (there are also other people who faced the same problem here in DP), I've mentioned in my first post clearly that I used the proper DP link to pay using Paypal check my post here:http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2549872#post18034479 I think that's where this problem started.

    Having large number of posts doesn't mean he knows everything right?, he may know how things happen in common but he didn't realize another thing about this problem and this is a [Bug] and he didn't read this thread well before he reply.
