Hi! Can anyone please help me with this?

Every time I paste content from MS Word on my Wordpress admin (in visual mode), I get this string of html code:

If I don't delete it, it will appear in the published page.

What causes this? How should this be resolved?

I have no coding knowledge. But I can learn fast. Please help. :(

    Here are two options:

In Wordpress try the "Paste from Word" option shown when you click the "show kitchen sink(advanced) button."
    or
Paste your Word content into Notepad first and then copy from Notepad into Wordpress.

It's just lots of formatting garbage Microsoft uses for their Word document.

Ys , that occured to as well. its usually happens when we write our content on MS office word,
then copy it from there to wordpress post and publish it.
Solution is to copy your content from Word to note pad and then to wordpress post.
