Why Do I Get This Error Message

    HI I JUST UPLOADED A WEBSITE SCRIPT AND WHEN I TRY TO RUN THE INSTALL.PHP I GET THIS ERROR CAN ANY ONE TELL ME WHY I AM NEW TO PHP SCRIPT SO EXPLAIN THE BEST YOU CAN
    I WILL SAY THANK FOR ANY HELP NOW.
    HERE IS THE ERROR TEXT:
