Why do e have to wait 14 days..

    I think it's a way to discourage scammers . If they have to wait 14 days they are more likely to move on somewhere else .

    As a newbie who came here specifically for that forum to get some site work done, I can see the frustration. But I completely understand why it is the way that it is. And I only have 7 more days to go anyway. :D
