Why do advertisers chose for a CPM advertising model ?

    What are the advantages compared to a PPC model ? The only thing i can think of is name branding...

    Could also be that they don't want to pay for invalid clicks.

    But, exists fraudulent impressions out there too. So, I don't think that's the main reason.

    yes but it's harder for a competitor to target page impressions or for people to know when an add is ppc or cpm. It's much harder to make $1 from CPM ads fraudulently than it is from PPC.
