Why DMOZ Is Important To The Web Community?

    And it is the web community and not webmasters that we seek primarily to serve. Obviously no sites, no directory, but we try and use sites and the style of description with no hype to enable someone to see what is available in the field they are looking for. I know we do not have the highest standards in every category, title or description, but we all make mistakes and we all have to learn. I cringe now at some of the descriptions I used to do, perhaps some do at my present ones. But I hope along the way that surfers can use the work I have done to locate what they want.

    They seams not to be in our time. If a submision can take years so just forget about it. The internet is moving forward with/without DMOZ.
