Its pretty obvious they sell do follow text links on their site which is frowned upon by google.

yes dman is write , google don't see who is big or small , most of the highest traffic receiving websites faced such problem in last update . But does it matter to them , they are still earning huge $$$$$$ .

you would expect that they would ban their site for selling links, but they've just removed it's PR. Their ranking are still great.

True.......Google in their recent update have removed the PRs of sites selling do follow link as a plenty for violating their rules. Anyways, I don't think its going to affect digpagerank much as it is still a big famous PR checker tool

Decreasing toolbar PR may be just the first step, who knows what else Google might do.

Is there a %100 accurate way to differ paid links from natural links ?
no ? (of course unless they are very standart ways of paid links)

So what to do ? You hit some popular ones and people will say "look that site is punished cause it was selling links" and bingo %90 of the paid links and gone.
Digpagerank is sentenced to Pr0 and a mass is watching.
    Shock and Awe.
    Phase I

At some point, no one can really tell if the site is selling a link, right? if they do it secretly? unless if its the nature of the site, its well projected in the site itself, definitely it will be noticed. so, what justice is there waiting for the site that is penalized by google who actually accused of link selling then already penalized? ... ... ...
