Its always been a Pain to see http://www.digitalpoint.com Design. Its like that it was made in 80's. I mean, we are in Web2.0 situation and web is going to More clean designs, then why not to make a change now Shawn? Maybe... we can have a Contest here to Change the http://www.digitalpoint.com/ Design? Winner gets a Credit! or something?
is total suckes! Is time learning spelling and webs design! LOL yes! ---- Screw the design, it's content that counts.
It's generally a very good idea to encourage and reward open and honest suggestions or feedback. It is a sign that the members really like or care about the site and want to enjoy it more.
The design makes it look too compact. But not many people will care about the design, most people visit it for the content. Although a nice new design might bring more people to it and thus to this forum.
If their going good then I don't see the point in updating the design. I think it looks good, web 2.0 designs are complete crap on business sites.
If anything 'suckes' it's the news sections that's totally outdated. Last I checked, the boards have been around for years!!!! Not to mention that now the boards are NOT the place to come for good tools support!!!!
If its working, why change it? I can understand if say, the design was scaring off possible members, but its not, so why change it?
is the dude on the homepage still alive? anyways I like the design, makes me feel better about my own efforts. Also goes to show that you DON´T need to have a high dollar design to create a successful site. While you`re at it, PM Matt Cutts and offer a design for www.google.com
