Hi guys, I am a recent addition to the forum. I would just like to share the reasons why I have started with IM if I may. Hoping you'll return the favour. In brief: I was made redundant in Oct 2008 after which I spent 6 months on job seekers allowance tirelessly searching for a job but nothing for 6 months. Then - hurray! - I landed a job. The pay was better than my previous job and I loved it!! I was on a temp contract but both my managers told me it was more or less a done deal that I would be made permanent. After 7 months in post they let me go. So it's Oct '09, I have lost my job again. Another 6 + months on job seekers allowance. I applied for so many jobs it wasn't even funny. By the time I get my next job its July this year 2010. 25 hrs per week. 6 month contract. It has become clear that I need to find a way to generate income for myself..... with little start up cost. Hello internet marketing Fingers crossed.
I got started in this whole thing when I was 14. I didn't like the idea of mowing lawns as a summer job so I started looking into website flipping and now I'm into MLM.
Internet marketing is really awesome! Why? Because you join some products + some actions + some peoples and you receive really nice profit and fun. Sometimes on total autopilot! And you can generate passive income for many years. This is some reason to start IM in my case.
Here is my story : I was doing engg in computer science stream 2-3 years back, unfortunately my father's business was stopped and at that time very difficult to run our home so i was getting many problem in my study as a financial matter and was seeking for a job but i was not qualified for a good job that i can earn good money,,,, 1 of my classmate (best friend) doing online work at that time so i was asking lot of stuff regarding online work ,, he shown me many platform such as DP and other freelance site .. I earned good money and learned lot of stuff .. and now i want to be online forever ... And yeah about internet marketing . ... i just entered few months ago ...
I agree that rather than waiting to find a job, doing a freelancing job helps you earn decent money and also improves your skills.
I used to work and get a decent salary, but after several years, when i see my seniors getting lay-off, or retire without any income, I start to tell myself, i need to do something before something terrible happen to me, and that's getting old and become a liability to others. So i started to do all the things to get money but passively. I work on IM, stocks trading, gold trading, anything that are passive or require not much work. Once my capital built up, i will look into properties investment. I hope to Retire Free and Rich. To me, earning a lot of money doesn't equal to happiness, what is important is that i must have the money and the time to enjoy and spend.
