Your website is not banned, just rejected. You are not an Adsense publisher, right? If you were, you might even be banned. Reason for rejection? Seems like it is just made of videos. Google ain't accepting video blogs or video sites, especially when most of them are YouTube videos. That's your answer.
I dunno, I just looked through the first two pages and saw nothing but videos. Once again, Google does not like video sites, or sites comprised mostly of videos.
Do you have explicit permission from the copyright holders to post those lyrics, music and videos? If you do not, that means you are breaking Google's policy on copyrighted material.
But I know lots of websites which are similar to mine and they have adsense on? So how does that work
They haven't been caught by Google yet. They probably applied for Adsense using a non-copyright infringing site. Either that, or they just got lucky.

i believed those download file is the reason. It might related to copyright issue and adsense wouldnt approve this kind of website
Hearthrobz, I second that. A domain with "Lil Wayne" in it might not be accepting. Because of the whole copyright infringement policies. I'm not to good with the whole google adsense stuff. Just yeah, that could definitely be 1 of the problems.
Well I didn't find any big problem when visiting your blog but when I checked the privacy policy. I found that it is not updated to latest.
