My site has vamshed from the serps for keyword "promotional products" after fluctuating between number 25 and 100 consistently over last year. What would cause this all of a sudden?
Google changes algorithms often...no worries mate just keep link building and your rank return. Try doing new and different blog commenting to help obtain more backlinks.
I added some internal links to home page (slightly before drop in serp) and continue to post on my blogs, other blogs, directory submission and adding content (product pages).
wellf rom 30 to 350 is a great jump ... it won't be beause of change in algo .. rahter .... it would be something which is not liked by " G " check your incoming and outgoing links .... if you have some banned site linking in or linking to ..... check the ip's range of your website , weather they are ok ... not banned n alll ... this would answer your question .. Do 1think remove all outbound links from your website & doing linkexchange with Quality websites..... Within 2 month you"ll won........
Are you saying remove all my links to external sites (and risk losing some quality links back from related sites with high ranking). And as for incoming links, I have no control over who links to my site and how could I even tell (would it show up in google webmaster tool?) or can a competitor be linking my site to had sites?
