    I have googleandme.com a blog a wordpress.

I have a few links to my site but not so many but i have more links coming from mysite because I do work for Pay per post.

Is it because my name Google?

Is it because of the many Adsense ads?

Is it because i have so many links out?

Or is it because my name with Google

    How can I find out?

A PR0 is usually associated with very new, or very banned, websites. Luckily you don't seem to fall in the banned category using the iWEBTOOL checker. You've got 188 backlinks according to them too. Ummmm, it's a mystery. The only reason I can think of is because you have been blacklisted by Google (probably for using their name), but it hasn't shown up yet on the checker.

Your website is listed in google, check this tool to see if your website is listed in google.

Get more backlinks to your website and your pagerank will increase, my advise is not to focus on pagerank but on traffic for your website.

Btw, I don't believe google allows google registered names but not sure..

    Good luck.

For a number of backlinks between 0-200, I think it's normal to get PR from 0 to 4. Number of backlinks is not the only factor affecting PR. My domain has 162 backlinks from google, and has a PR1, while my inner pages have no backlinks, most of them are PR4.

If your traffic is the same then why are you worrying about PR.

What do you mean by almost PR3?

I know Google have just done a PR update as my new blog finally has PR (it's extremely low mind but it's a start)!

Sounds like Google have de-valued the links pointing to your website, solutions - get more links, either with link ninjas or link baiting pirates ;)

hehe, sorry, should of explained them a bit better

Link Ninja - Someone who contacts another webmaster trying to obtain a link (one way or reciprocal) to another website - they can specify anchor text and the description around it (standard link exchange)

Link baiting pirates - Someone who creates a document, whether it be funny or informative, encourages others to link to it however, there's no polite way to specify the anchor text and description (link bait)

    :) HTH :)
