Why did my EPN balance go DOWN?

    The other day a transaction for -$20 was posted to my account. (So my commission was -$10.)

    There was no explanation. It happened last month too. What gives?

    It means the transaction was reversed due to nonpayment by the buyer.

    Download transaction report. It should show a reversal or something.
