Rules Why did i get infraction on Solicitation and Announcement?

    Just wondering why mods gave me an infraction on this forum http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=65 here is what i said in my original thread

    Just launch a new *Web Directory* (http://www.directory.colfinancialsuccess.com/) Feel free to submit all of your sites. Expect the fast approval :)​

    And the mod leave this comment in the infraction. "You need valid license for site before advertising on DP."

    What license is that? As far as I know "Solicitations & Announcements" category is for directories that accepting free links and that is exactly what i posted. My new directory is accepting links for free! Everyone doing this on that forum.

    Please enlighten me what i did wrong there. :confused:
