Feedback Why did I get an infraction?

I posted in the Services forum a WTB for blog commenting. I understand that blog commenting is not allowed, fine, but this was for blog commenting on my own blog that I run and control. I wanted the comments to give a social feeling to the blog. It seems as if someone deleted the thread without actually reading it.

The Ref in the infraction was:
    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2108210&p=15862316#post15862316

Can this be reinstated as I am still looking for workers?

But in the rules it says:
"Please do not create any threads related to blog commenting, Youtube commenting, or any other form of commenting service that involves you posting comments or posts on sites or blogs you don't own or control."

I do have control of the website I want the comments for, I own and operate it and wanted the comments to give it a social feeling and encourage other users to comment (which is said explicitly in the thread).

Due to size of DP and monumental task of trying to determine if members are seeking comments or offering services on their own blogs, it is easier to disallow all blog commenting services/requests.

I see, that makes sense (better safe than sorry).
