Why did he say this?

For a long time, people have been speculating and believing that Jews run America and some even the world. Now of course, without any substantial evidence this is a really obsurd claim.

I do not subscribe to any view that Jews run the world because it just seems to far fetched, i'm sure they have some influence in American politics because of big groups such as AIPAC but that is not my point in this thread.

On October 3, 2001, I.A.P. News reported that according to Israel Radio (in Hebrew) Kol Yisrael an acrimonious argument erupted during the Israeli cabinet weekly session last week between Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and his foreign Minister Shimon Peres. Peres warned Sharon that refusing to heed incessant American requests for a cease-fire with the Palestinians would endanger Israeli interests and "turn the US against us. "Sharon reportedly yelled at Peres, saying "don't worry about American pressure, we the Jewish people control America."

but how to make sure, first way, you can go ask that Israeli radio, or Peres, or the members of Kenesset who were there in that meeting, but since Israel is used on denying things that make them look bad ( better to say, things that show them on their real) then its very possible to enter in endless arguments

The actual question was, why did Ariel Sharon say that Jews control America? Can you answer?

The problem that some people may have with Jews controlling is America is that they would put Israel first, before the USA.

Because he exadurated a bit (or not a bit)?
Because he wanted an excuse for his action?
I dont know, we will never know.


If those people are jews and they run america they have to be very rich.
They wont put Israel first since most of their business is based in the US.
If Israel interest damages america they cant stake their money.

There are 1000 more reasons why.
The final reason is they are american patriots.

 

If Catholic is running some company is he working for the Vatican? If some Muslim runs a company is he working for the Muslims in the world over his own country? If a Jew is running some company is he automaticlly working for Israel?

I don't know what Sharon said, be it hardly matters, because it is not true if he said it or not.

There are many different people with power and influence in every country. What is patently absurd is when some people on this forum take the fact that Jews are well represented at the head of major companies and think that means something different that anyone else at the head of some company.

Guys like Rankyhips and Swaymedia, et. al., have claimed that Jews run America because the are at the head of some company. What does that even mean? They never point to any action that these people take, but just the mere fact they they might be Jewish, as though being Jewish somehow makes them suspect or less American.

It is like they are saying that Jews have no right to be represented in business and government. Otherwise what is their point. They will only think it is okay when Jews are not successful in business, politics, the arts, sciences, etc. C'mon, there is no logic there.

This thread is just another example of that bias against Jews. It is truly sad, as it would be for people to fear a Muslim in government is some how not loyal to America just because he is a Muslim. Or a Catholic or Mormon cannot be loyal to America. Since everyone, at every company or in government has some background, this argument could be made about everyone - but the fact that some people only make it about Jews and Jewish people belies their own argument.

Sad really.
