Why did get "andy smith" get banned...

    I got an PM from user "andy smith" earlier today. But I didn't have the chance to look at the PM until a few mins ago.

    I notice in the PM that "andy smith" got banned from DP. I looked at his profile and he signed up on DP today.

    How is it possible to get banned with 0 post?

    I don't think you will get any answer as mods do not tell on such issues.
