Why did CJ deduct my balance amount?

Will CJ deduct your balance amount? I have had US$8.95 in my balance but when I login just now, I was surprised to see my balance dropped to US$5.99. Why is this so? Anyone can explain to me please?

 

that must be you have some unqualified leads or sales, so CJ or the advertiser deducted appropriate commissions from your balance.

 

But i did not do anything unqualified or blackhat. My site is a large gift giving megamall site which sells all kinds of gifts from CJ, shareasale and linkshare. I have that balance of US$8.95 for one month and then suddenly yesterday it just reduced to US$5... why is this so? I do not understand.

 

Why not ask them, they have contact emails.
Maybe a sale fell through

 

The only thing that people will be able to recommend as we dont have all the facts is get in contact with customer service and explain to them as they have all the facts in front of them they will give you the proper answer straight away.

 

Please at first check from your account area which site cut your amount. After that contact that site affiliates manager. He/She will inform you the reason why of cut payment.
But,some time affiliates manager never want to pay you. At that time, they are not reply you.

 

Run a Commission Detail report - that will show the commission that was reversed & the reason why (bad payment, order cancellation, merchandise return, etc...)

 

so, did they say anything about your commissions? did you contact the affiliate company?

 

It is solved and clarified. The product was on discount and initially they charged the original price. That's why now they have to deduct the extra pricing.

 

CJ didn't deducted ur balance, but its ur program who cut ur commission, u can see it on the detail report of ur earned commission.
