I just signed up to use Adbrite's PPC network, however they charged me more than what they were supposed to. After I filled in all my information and set which groups I want to target, they said they were going to charge me a $4.95 activation fee which I was ok with. After I checked out I logged into my Paypal account and found out they charged me an extra $5. Is that an initial deposit requirement?
